(1) Born in Southeast Asia,living in Los Angeles since 1994. LA is my HOME & Love-city forever. I live outside USA during HALF of the year bcoz of Business-NEEDS. But this living-outside LA was not something I wished/planned. It happenned bcoz of my Bsns-needs that I can't afford to avoid. Soon I will start Regular-living in LA during MOST-OF-THE-YEAR.

(a) FINANCING: I match my Lender's/investor's capital with Borrower's needs. Available fund:  Minimum $10k & Max $100 million.
(b) International Trade: I deal with USA-products(Food,Agri,Machinery,Industrial supplies) for overseas markets and South-Asian Garments/clothing,Consumer items for US market.
